Ailish's career in hospitality began in 1998 after graduating from college in Dublin with a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management. Her hands-on experience in hospitality took her to London, Dubai, Seychelles, Maldives, and Mauritius in different front-office operational and leadership roles. Leading multi-national teams of varying sizes gave her first-hand knowledge of leadership skills and qualities in large-scale hospitality properties and international brands. Since 2007, Ailish has focused on learning and development as well as quality assurance, with advanced training certificates in L&D, quality auditing, food safety, and more. She started writing for MBM in 2021 sharing her knowledge and know-how through the articles she creates. Hungry for more knowledge and experience, she continues to develop and grow her skills with every article she creates.
