Adam Moquet
Since joining British Airways as cabin crew back in 2006, Adam has completed customer-focused roles across the airline including those in the Global Learning Academy (BA’s learning function) and the onboard service development team.
Adam is now responsible for the implementation of a portfolio of service focused learning solutions for the airline. Under Adam’s guidance, the team have delivered a range of programmes for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff (above and below the wing), global contact centres and engineering colleagues.
In 2019 the team supported the implementation of various learning initiatives including a service-learning day for the airlines 40,000 employees, aircraft entry into service programmes for operational colleagues as well as relaunching First Class training for Cabin Crew.
Adam is also responsible for the digital learning strategy that is exploring x and virtual reality.
